INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) the privacy practices of Team Oki. ("Company," "we," "us" or "our") and specifically explains what data we may collect, how such data may be used or transferred, how we safeguard it and how you may exercise your rightsThis Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use ("Terms"). Any definitions used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms

This Privacy Policy governs the data processing from the following individuals (“you” or “your”):

· End User(s)”: end users that install one of our apps: “Oki” available solely on Google Play (each and collectively shall be defined as "App(s)");

· Visitors”: Individuals who visit our website available at: https://oki-for-u.blogspot.com/; and

·  “Contacts”: As part of the services we provide (i.e., managing the users’ contact or back up features) the user shares its contact list with us, if you are an individual that appears on such list, this privacy policy also applies to you.

TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

The first typeof data we collect is aggregated, non-identifiable, non-personal data, which may processed via your use of the Service (“Non-Personal Data”).

The second type of data is individually identifiable data, namely data that identifies an individual, or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Data”).

In the event that we combine Personal Data with Non-Personal Data, we will treat the combined data as Personal Data for as long as it remains combined.

The tables below include the types of data that we collect, how it is used, and our legal basis for processing such data.

 

Data we Collect from Our End Users and Visitors:

When you use our App or visit our website, we (either directly or through our third-party service providers) will collect certain online identifiers such as your UDID, Android ID, and your IP address (“Online Identifiers”).

We process Online Identifiers subject to (i) your consent, your consent is provided through a cookie notice on our website; or (ii) our legitimate interest to audit and track usage statistics and detect fraud.

As a registered user, you will be required to provide us with certain information including your full name and email address during the registration process (“Registration Information”).

We will further use your email address in order to send you any necessary information related to the services (e.g., to notify you regarding any updates) and to verify your identity (“Direct Marketing”).

We will use the Registration Information in order to perform our contract with you, provide you with the services you requested, and assign your account.

The process of your email for the purpose of Direct Marketing is subject to our legitimate interest.

If you voluntarily contact us for support or other inquiries, you may be required to provide us with certain information such as your name and email address (“Contact Information”). We will use this data to provide you with the support you requested or to respond to your inquiry. We may process the contact history with you in order to improve our services, as well in order as resolve disputes (if applicable).

We process such the Contact Information subject to our legitimate interest.

In order to provide our services, you will need to share your full contact list with us.

We process the contact list based on you affirmative and active consent.

We will also collect certain technical Non-Personal Data (“Technical Information”) from you through your use of the App or when you visit our website which may include: device model, country, language, operating system, etc.

We will use this data to operate, provide, maintain, protect and manage our Services and the website. In addition, we will use this data under our legitimate interests to perform research, and conduct associated analytical and statistical activities, detect fraud, security or technical issues in connection with the Services and the website.

When the End User uses our services we process and retain certain data from their Contacts including: the Contact's full Name, email address, phone number, job title, geographical location (including home and/or company address), company name or other organization that the Contact is a part of, social media links to their accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook etc.), websites that the Contact owns or operates, and any other information that the End User has saved for that particular Contact (Contact dependent).

We will use this data in order to provide our End User with the services that he or she requested and based on our End User’s opt-in consent.

 

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

Depending on the nature of your interaction, we may collect your information by using one or more of the following methods:

· Automatically - we may use Cookies or SDKs (as explained in the Cookies and SDK Section below) to gather some of your data automatically.

· Provided by you voluntarily – we will collect your data if and when you choose to provide us with such data, for example via our registration process, when you contact us, etc. as explained in this Privacy Policy.

 

SHARING DATA

We may share information solely in the following events:

(i) Third Party Service Providers:

Our third-party service providers may integrate their code (such as: APIs, cookies, software developer kit “SDK”, etc.) within our App or website, as applicable, for the purpose of providing us with analytic, tracking and statistic reports as well as to help us protect our products’ by detecting fraudulent activity. We may permit third parties to use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about your online usage activities across our website.

(ii) Legal Requirement

We may share information in order to protect legal rights (including intellectual property rights) or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

 

(iii) Affiliate Company

We may disclose or share certain information with our parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with the Company ("Affiliated Companies"). We share information for the purpose of enhancing various services provided by the Affiliated Companies. 

(iv) Corporate Transactions

We may share data in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). In the event of the above, our Affiliated Companies or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

DATA RETENTION

We retain the data that we collect as long as it remains necessary for the purposes set forth above, all in accordance with applicable laws, or until an individual requests that we delete his or her Personal Data. We may, at our sole discretion, delete or amend information from our systems, without providing any prior notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for such purposes.

 

USER RIGHTS

Data protection and privacy laws provide you with the ability to exercise some rights regarding your Personal Data that we hold (depending on your jurisdiction). 

Where we are not able to provide you with the information for which you have asked, we will endeavor to explain the reasoning for this and inform you of your rights, including the right to complain to the supervisor authority. We reserve the right to ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we provide you with any such information in accordance with applicable law. In addition, the process of locating and deleting the data may take up to one (1) month (following the receipt of the validation proof we require) in accordance with applicable law.

DATA SECURITY

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the website, Services and the Personal Data that we collect and process. We employ industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of our Visitors', users' and their Contacts' Personal Data and prevent any unauthorized use of it, as explained detailed in our Information Security Policy. If you believe that your privacy was treated in a way that was not in accordance with this Privacy Policy, or if you believe that someone may have attempted to abuse our Services, please contact us at: here.

Additionally, in the event of a security incident in which we discover your Personal Data may have been at risk, we will take reasonable efforts to notify you and the applicable authority (if required to do so, subject to applicable laws).

CHILDREN

You represent and warrant that you are: (i) at least sixteen (16) years old if you are located in the EEA (as such term is defined below); (ii) at least sixteen (16) years old if you are located in the USA; or (iii) if you are located in any other jurisdiction, you are above the age defined as a “child” under applicable laws in your jurisdiction (collectively “Child” or “Children”). If you are under 18, please be sure to read the terms of this Privacy Policy with your parents or legal guardians. The Services are not directed or intended for use by Children and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from Children. If we obtain actual knowledge that a user is considered a Child, we will take steps to immediately delete his or her Personal Data. We request that such individuals do not provide Personal Data through the services.

If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a Child has shared any information with us, please contact us (as detailed below) and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is immediately deleted from our databases.

 

DATA TRANSFER

Any information you provide us may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country from which you accessed our website or App, including the United States. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA") we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer outside of the EEA. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction where the transferring of your Personal Data requires your consent, then your consent to this Privacy Policy includes your express consent for such data transfer.

 

AMENDMENTS

Except as otherwise described herein, we may at our sole discretion and at any time amend the terms of this Privacy Policy. Such changes shall be effective upon the publication of the amended terms on our website or in the App. The latest amendment to this Privacy Policy will be reflected in the "Last Amended" heading above. Your continued use of the App, following the amendment of the Privacy Policy, constitutes your acknowledgement of such amendments to the Privacy Policy. In the event of a material change we will make a reasonable effort to provide you notification of such change.
